The Art of Excellence in Physical Longevity! 

Look your best and wear your best in the gym!

I’m appalled by those who wear threadbare clothes that are hardly suitable for painting their houses or cleaning up their garages in the gyms! Not surprisingly, often their out-of-shape physiques  are also well-matched to their gym attire!

I trust that you can look your best if you really want to look your best. How do I know this? Because I believe that you’ve done it on several occasions before!  Let me remind you of one such time when you were extremely pleased with yourself! Do you remember it? Was it your son’s wedding? Your daughter’s? Your best friend’s daughter’s?   Do you recall how you crammed thirty  or more days of fat-shaving off your body? How much time did you spend finding the clothes that highlighted your best for the rehearsal  and the wedding night? How many friends did you consult? Do you remember the last look that you had into the mirror that day? Did you say to yourself something along the lines of “do I look awesome or what?”



I’ll tell you…if you prepare for your daily gym visits the way that you went out of your way for that wedding, you will turn yourself into the shining star of the gym! Is there a catch in this? Of course… NOT! Just hang in there and don’t give up until you become the shining star of the gym! Value your gym visits as much as you value your  formal and semi casual gatherings. Find gym suits that will allow you to  look your best, and this is something  that I trust you already know how to do.



Two final notes! One is that  alongside the slimming down and shaping up, you will gradually get a better feel for the gym decorum, and what is considered to be chic, and what is  considered outdated for contemporary gym culture. The other is that you should not expect overnight results! The smart way to go about it is to make a lifelong ritual out of it.
